The Buddhists among you will recognise 'Metta', in my site address, as meaning Loving Kindness, and that is a quality that I try to bring to all my interactions with others. And more difficult, yet just as important, to my interactions with myself. We often, sometimes without realising it, give ourselves a much harder time than we give others but we cannot truly love another until first we know how to love ourselves.

I have been treading the spiritual path for over 30 years and many of my interests and experiences go back further than that. We are all on the same path to love, to learn, to enjoy, to get by. Sometimes we skip along the path and other times we struggle and need the help of others. I hope, in some small way, I may be of help to you. I also hope that others will be there for me when I need help.
